Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Personalized items, or custom-made items such as 3D-printed Jewelry require additional production time. Any longer processing times will be stated on the respective product page.
Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding German public holidays.
Shipping Methods
We ship from Germany using reputable postal and courier services such as DHL, Deutsche Post, UPS, DPD, GLS, FedEx, or other trusted logistics partners, depending on the destination and selected shipping option.
Whenever available, tracking information will be provided by email after dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Please see details on checkout according to your country of delivery.
Delivery times may occasionally be longer due to customs procedures, weather, peak shipping seasons, local holidays strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:
- destination
- package weight and dimensions
- selected shipping method
Any applicable shipping discounts or free shipping promotions will automatically be applied during checkout.
Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Tracking
If tracking is included with your selected shipping service, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We ship all valuable orders with tracking, generally with a value above 15 €.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is under the responsibility of the shipping company.
If your shipment appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us. We will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
While we will make every reasonable effort to help resolve shipping issues, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or accept liability for delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
In any case, we will do our best to fulfill all orders and will send replacements in the rare case that tracked packages are lost.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- take photographs before opening the package whenever possible;
- retain all packaging materials;
- contact us within 5 days of delivery.
This allows us to file a claim with the shipping carrier if applicable.
Undeliverable or Unclaimed Shipments
Packages returned because they were unclaimed, refused by the recipient, or could not be delivered may be eligible for a refund of the product price once received back by us.
Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, and any carrier charges may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays resulting from:
- customs inspections
- severe weather
- transportation disruptions
- carrier delays
- force majeure events
- local postal service delays
