Conditions of return

  • The buyer can return or exchange most items if not personalized or made-to-order, for a complete refund, within 14 days of delivery.
  • A Return or exchange can be initiated through the customer portal at

    or by writing us at shop (at) MetatronsStargate dot net.
  • The buyer must return item within 14 days of the return request.
  • The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
  • Custom design orders, made-to-order Jewelry including 3D-printed items made to your specifications, and personalized items cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun.
  • If items do not match the description, quality standards or the selected items and properties as in ordered, we provide a return shipping label or refund return shipping costs. Please communicate with us beforehand about the procedure, packaging and insurance, and to what extend return shipping costs can be covered.
  • The payment will be refunded to the customer's account within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment.
  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
