We ship pendants always with a fine leather cord, or you add a silver chain to our order, we have many lengths and varieties in separate articles.

Is 💎Express shipping possible ?
Yes, we can make that happen. You can find different shipping options in the dedicated article, but otherwise, just or leave a note when you purchase, and we'll figure out the best price-to-speed options to your country of residence.
💎 Custom designs. Can I change my mind about my purchase ?
Yes you can :) We have the "Upgrade" article, where you can choose Upgrades from Brass to Silver, change the Star, add Spin or Triple-Spin, add an extra gold-plating etc.
Also, you can always contact us directly and tell us your wishes ,')
Bear in mind, that 3D-printed or other made-to-order and customized articles cannot be cancelled once they entered production.
🔍 Can shipments get lost ?
We have TRACKING and INSURANCE on ALL precious shipments as a standard.
In the rare case that a package really gets lost, we will replace your order and send you a second package.
Please MAKE SURE that your address is correct and your name is clearly visible on the post box, and that you'll be not on holiday around the expected arrival time (these are common causes for returns).
